I am the owner/tenant of the properties listed in this order and understand that trucks and containers used to fulfill this order are large and extremely heavy. I hereby release and hold harmless, Easy Moves Holdings, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, officers, directors and employees, against any damage or injury that may be sustained to property or persons resulting from the use of a Red Rover truck, container, or delivery system, including but not limited to damage to concrete curbs, driveways, sidewalks, other concrete or asphalt work, fences, mailboxes, landscaping, sprinkler systems, cables, or wiring. I understand that using the truck, container and delivery system are activities that may be dangerous and may cause serious injuries and damage to personal property. On behalf of myself and any assigns, I waive all claims for damages sustained to me or my property that I may have against Easy Moves Holdings, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees relating to such activity.
I have inspected the premises and believe them to be satisfactory for the use of our truck, container and delivery system.
