1. Schedule Your Pickup
New customers can start with our Get a Quote tool. Schedule your first pickup date and time for moving, storage, or both. Our team will prepare your container(s) right on the back of one of our trucks, so you can get started. Returning customers can log into their accounts through our site and schedule pickups from there.
2. Store It
Return your container(s) with your truck back to our lot by 10PM that same day, so we can store your items in our climate-controlled storage facility. When you need your things again, just schedule access through your account and our team will have your storage unit(s) ready to go on the back of a truck.
3. Move It
Our process saves you time and money. When you rent a portable storage unit with us, we throw in access to one of our top-of-the-line moving trucks for FREE. Our trucks were designed to keep you safe and comfortable, so they boast several wonderful security features, including a backup-assist camera and free roadside assistance.
4. Return by the End of Business Day
Once you are done loading your belongings, return your container(s) back to your nearest Red Rover location by 10PM the same day in order to avoid extra charges. If you’re moving long distances, we’ll transport your belongings to your final destination — right to your front door!
