We call it Fetchable Storage™ because you can come and pick up your container(s) via one of our compact moving trucks built just for storage transport. You pack up your container with your things and drop it back off with us.
No need to unpack or do heavy lifting! We store your container in one of our climate-controlled storage centers, and when you’re ready to move, you can come to pick up the container again. We even ship the container to your new home if you are moving long distance to another state. Our storage services also include on-site storage containers that you can place in your driveway for easy access. How Fetchable Moving & Storage Works
We created the Fetchable Storage model after recognizing that whether you use a full-service mover, a rental truck, or a portable storage company, you have to play by their rules. By enabling our customers to choose how they’d like to receive/access their storage container throughout their rental with us, we feel that we’ve truly created the most flexible and customizable moving and storage solution.
How it Works
- Reserve It - Select your container size, dates, and method of delivery and create a reservation online or over the phone with a Red Rover Concierge Agent.
- Retrieve It - Pick up your container on our free-to-use truck, or have our team deliver the container to be unloaded and kept at your property for as long as you need it.
- Load It & Store It - If you're DIYing it with our trucks, you'll have 14 hours to load and return the container and truck. If you're container is being delivered to your location, you can take your time loading and then decide whether you want to keep it at your location, or have us bring it back to our climate-controlled Storage Centers.
- Move It - For local and long-distance moves, our team of professionals can transport your container from your old place to your new one, or we can store it in our Storage Centers until you're ready to move into your new place.
